A mindless doodle turned into a an insectoid alien, that later turned into a guy wearing an ugly helmet, that looks like something from the 50's.
Nevermind ... I've recently had a lot of fun watching Bob Kato's traditional painting DVD's from Gnomon - They're really great, and I highly recommend them, if you're into a more traditional approach. I definitely had many of those techniques in mind when I did this. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
